Per school policy, every school year, students participating in athletics must be cleared by a physician before they can participate in a sport. Riordan uses SportsNet to collect and store student-athlete medical clearances. Families are responsible for uploading completed physical forms and filling out the other athletic requirements via Sports Net. Riordan will no longer accept hard copies of physicals. 

• It is highly recommended for students to get their physicals done as soon as possible, regardless of sport and season.
• All Fall Sport Athletes (Varsity, JV, and Freshman) must have their physicals completed and uploaded by August 1. Student-athletes will not be able to practice/try out until these steps are completed.
• If you cannot get a physical scheduled with your provider anytime soon, the following CVS Minute Clinics can provide physicals fairly quickly and at a low cost.
